Our Team

Our difference begins at our core, the husband and wife team of Terry and Alexandra Martin. From our personal lives to our professional, we take pride in who we are and what we have to offer, valuing our clients as our friends and extending a highly advanced skill set with passionately conscientious personal service. Terry's skill set can be characterized as trades oriented applied science; Microsoft, forensics, security, rackspace, facilities systems, technical development, research, writing and management. In a world frothing with technology certifications and hype, Terry remains minimally and sceptically lettered, holding a two year diploma in Microsoft AD network support with a graduate average of 96% and three certificates of achievement, under-pinned with designations such as A+, Net+ and MCSA among others. He is currently pursuing a MA with a major in professional communications, sub-specialized to international and intercultural communications. With over 23 years in business servicing enterprise class clients such as ICBC and BC Buildings Corp., Terry can point to a wealth of achievement in support of his qualifications. As a gifted innovator, published technical author and entrepreneur with a non-linear global approach, he is the visionary of the team responsible for conceptualization. Alexandra holds a Masters of Arts degree (linguistics) from the prestigious Moscow State University, following in the footsteps of parental achievements such Ph.D. (Math), Masters of Physics and Biochemistry. She has long list of IT certifications including CISSP and GIAC, with a specialization in Cisco technology applied with over ten years of experience in support of large enterprise and carrier class data/voice high up-time WAN architectures. Translation of foreign language comes naturally to Alexandra, and the human-machine interface is a challenge that is well served by her skill set. Alexandra thrives in a highly structured and disciplined environment with a linear and efficient approach to execution, and a skill set applied at the command line. Our combined skill set is much more than the sum of its parts, and when applied to leverage the strengths of our partners, we have a deliverable that is simply uncontested in the market.
